Hi There

I am hoping to do some "Mom Blogging" here rather than at my other site.  It is primarily for family and friends to keep up with me.  If you like, you can check it out too.

I have a hard enough time going there to blog.  This one may be a little more used though because here is where I'll type that "mom stuff" I'd like to blog about.  Even just one liners and so forth.

About me:  Graduated college with a degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry.  Married at 25, tried off and on for over 7 years to have a child.  Within this time period my husband and I actually made the decision that we didn't want children.  This was while I was teaching 12 and 13 year olds and my husband was a detective dealing with a lot of juvenile misfits.  Upon our decision I cried.  I cried because of the "experience" I would miss.  Thankfully, we relocated and found the family life that we were looking for.  The "trying" began again and it took a while.

Finally, FINALLY!!!!!!, our baby boy was born on August 7, 2011.  Almost exactly one year ago.  As all moms say, I can't believe my baby is about to be a year old!!!"

We have since relocated BACK to where we moved from.  Well, we aren't back in the God awful town but we are a little close for comfort.  It was a small price to pay for me to stay home with my son.

So, yes, you will read blogs about stay at home moms, breastfeeding, disciplining, and so forth.  You may not like some of the things I write about, and that's okay.
